A Very Good Day at IP The Edit

I’m sitting here at IP the Edit and relishing being here.

How lucky am I to be in this super-chill, cozy little shop, munching on my favorite pretzels and surrounded by my favorite things? There’s an exquisite candle burning, a cup of green tea beside me, and boxes of new treasures arriving.

I’m figuring out where everything should go, moving things around, moving them back, and occasionally just standing in the middle of the shop staring at everything. There are new things here, more coming this week, and about a hundred ideas floating around in my head.

And honestly, I love it.

This is one of my favorite parts of having a shop. Finding things that make me happy, putting them together, and creating a place that feels good to be in. 

Things that are a little useful, a little beautiful, a little unexpected.
